What do you use to take your pictures?

For the past two years, I've been using my Canon Rebel T3i DSLR, with a 17-40mm f/4L USM ultra-wide angle lens that never leaves my camera. While the ultra-wide lens doesn't add much to my indoor shots, it adds that bit of drama I like in outdoor shots. I usually take the majority of my pictures on my own using a Canon remote.

Recently though, I've been shooting with the Canon 50mm prime lens. It's key in any blogger's kit, in getting dramatic photos, with plenty of depth of field and bokeh.

How tall are you?

I'm 5' 2".

What do you use to film and edit your videos?

The nice thing about my T3i is that it also has a flip out screen, which makes it perfect for the videos I do on Youtube.

In terms of lighting, I alternate from natural sunlight when Seattle is nice out, and my holy grail Diva Ring Light

As for editing, I edit all my videos in Final Cut Pro X. My older videos were edited in iMovie '09.
