Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! This Sunday, I found myself in Seattle's Ethnic Cultural Theater supporting a good friend of mine singing in his first a cappella performance.
Watching an amateur group perform really reminded me of the two years I spent in my junior high choir. Add that with my recent new-found-love for Glee and I was all smiles inside. What I love about choir is that it's about your choir's voice as a whole. No we weren't cheerleaders or star players of the football team, but I remembered we had so much fun. It didn't matter our shape or size, we just became our own mini family. That's what I saw on stage during that a cappella performance: a bunch of people with a common love for singing, having fun. JN
